| 1 | C | Bisquick baking mix | |
| 1 | beaten egg | ||
| 2 | tblsp | butter | melted |
| ½ | C | milk | |
| 1 | 4 oz. can | chopped green chilies | |
| ½ | lb. | Jack cheese | thinly sliced |
- Combine corn, Bisquick, egg, butter, and milk. Mix well and put ½ in 8x8" greased baking dish. Cover with chilies and cheese. Spread rest of batter on top.
- Bake at 400º for 30 minutes or until browned.
